I had a wonderful stay here, especially enjoying the cozy bed and the clean, well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure I had a nice breakfast prepared for me, which was a delightful surprise!

Check-in went smoothly. the staff were cheerful and welcoming. The room was spacious enough for a family of five, which I especially appreciated since it had a seating area and dining table. However, the bathroom was quite cramped, and I felt it could use more space for comfort. I also noticed the cleanliness could be improved. the bathroom floor had some stains, and the room had a funky odor upon arrival. The breakfast options were limited, just mini muffins, so we opted to eat out instead. I did enjoy the convenience of being close to the hospital and shopping areas, making it easy to run errands. On one occasion, the noise from the hallway was bothersome, especially when late-night conversations were echoing throughout the building. Overall, while the atmosphere had potential, some significant tweaks would enhance the experience for future guests.

The indoor pool was open and offered a nice relaxation option after a long day of travel, perfect for unwinding with family.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not functioning during my stay, which was quite disappointing since I was looking forward to using it.

The room had a nice kitchenette with all the essentials, and the sofa was comfortable. Loved the fitness centre too! The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing, and the private bathroom had all the toiletries we needed. It was spacious enough for my family with a dining table and all the kitchenware. Free Wi-Fi was a plus!

The room size was fantastic for my family of five. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Rialto Square Theater, which made our trip even more memorable. Also, the check-in staff were warm and helpful, making settling in with our babies easier.

My wife says that the bathroom was cramped. it could use more space.
